This notice explains how we use information when you make a transport enquiry.

What we collect and why

We ask for your name, email address and a description of your enquiry. You may also provide your company, telephone number, route postcodes, preferred date and load or access details. We use these to respond, assess transport suitability, prepare a quote and, where agreed, arrange a service. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your enquiry.

We process information needed to take steps at your request before entering a contract, or for our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and operating a secure service. We do not use this form to subscribe you to marketing.

How an enquiry reaches us

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Its Worker validates your enquiry and uses Zoho Mail’s SMTP service to send it to our Zoho contact mailbox. Our email service provider processes that message so we can read and respond to it. Website requests also involve technical information, such as an IP address and browser details.

Security checks

Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical signals to perform that check. We also use a short-lived rate limit based on a hashed IP address. These checks are used for security, not advertising. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Zoho’s privacy policy for their information practices.

Storage, access and transfers

Submitted enquiries are sent by email; this website does not maintain a separate enquiry database. We keep information only for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry, any agreed service and relevant legal obligations. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for those purposes. Our providers may process information outside the UK, subject to applicable data protection safeguards.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information, object to processing or request a portable copy. Contact us using the email above. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and analytics

We do not add advertising pixels, analytics or nonessential cookies. Essential security technology may be used to protect the form. You can contact us by email if you prefer not to use the website form.
