A curtainsider and matching trailer, built around bulky, lightweight goods. Discover the space, loading options and practical details that help you decide if we’re the right fit.
Check your load with usAn illustrative 3D film of the SwiftLink Cargo curtainsider and matching trailer. The camera moves from the front towards the side. The curtains draw back to reveal palletised cartons on both load decks, before closing as the camera returns to the opening view. The roof stays in place throughout. The film has no sound.
The model and cargo arrangement illustrate the vehicle concept. They are not a scale drawing or a confirmed loading plan. The specifications and suitability checks below apply to your enquiry.
A practical option between a small courier van and a larger rigid lorry.
Our combination gives suitable lightweight freight generous floor space and internal height. The trailer can be detached when the main vehicle better suits the movement or the site.
Tell us about your goods and both locations. We’ll check load weight, dimensions, access and handling before confirming an arrangement.
Dimensions and volume are approximate. Pallet configurations are alternatives. Actual capacity depends on load dimensions and permissible weights. Deck length is not overall road length; gross train weight is not payload.
Up to 3,100 kg combined payload. Each unit must stay within its own limit, even when there is space left on the other.
Payload includes pallets, packaging and stillages. Available capacity depends on actual vehicle weight, equipment, axle limits and load distribution. Dimensions and volume are approximate planning figures; usable clearances must be checked for your goods.
Switch between the overall vehicle, side access and load space. This is an illustrative guide, not a scale drawing or a pallet-loading plan. Actual deck heights differ between the units.

A compact white cab, orange curtainsider body and matching tandem-axle trailer. Detach the trailer when the main vehicle better suits your site.
Dual-side curtains on both units allow forklift loading where there’s suitable space and equipment at your site.
An internal aluminium bridge allows suitable pedestrian pallet trucks to move between the coupled decks. Its company-stated 2,000 kg rating includes equipment, load and any operator, subject to suitable point loads. It is not a tail lift; forklifts must not drive over it. Unit payload limits still apply, and the bridge gradient and handling equipment must be checked.
Where appropriate, the main vehicle can operate without the trailer. This changes the available space and load arrangement, so we check the fit for each movement.
Up to 25 Euro pallets (1200 × 800 mm), or alternatively up to 20 UK Standard pallets (1200 × 1000 mm). The towing vehicle accommodates up to 10 Euro or 8 UK pallets with a 900 kg payload limit; the trailer accommodates up to 15 Euro or 12 UK pallets with a 2,200 kg limit. The combined payload limit is 3,100 kg, including pallets and packaging. Pallet formats are alternatives; clearances, load distribution and axle limits determine the actual arrangement.
Yes. Both units have dual-side curtains for forklift access. Tell us which loading equipment is available at each site and whether there is space to work alongside the vehicle.
A site forklift can place suitable freight at the rear of the trailer, or a compatible low-level bay or scissor lift can provide access. A suitable hand or pedestrian pallet truck may then transfer goods across the internal bridge without uncoupling. Its company-stated 2,000 kg rating includes equipment, load and any operator, subject to point loads and the unit payload limits. The floor heights differ, so bridge gradient and equipment suitability must be checked. There is no tail lift; forklifts must not drive onto the decks or bridge. Standard fixed HGV-only docks are not directly compatible.
The trailer can be detached when the main vehicle alone better suits a site. This changes the available space and load arrangement. Access, vehicle restrictions and suitability must be checked for each movement.
Send the dimensions, estimated total weight and loading arrangements if you know them. If you don’t, start with a description and we’ll talk it through.
